Mr. Padiyar is a technology entrepreneur and investor who has successfully built and exited several technology companies. Jeevan brings extensive experience in financial and competitive analysis, corporate re-structuring, private placements for early stage corporations, branding/brand management, new media, project management and operations. Currently Jeevan serves as an advisor to Squarespace, Inc.(a website/blog SAAS), Chairman of Intersuasive, Inc (a guerrilla marketing company), and is a principal in element^n (a rapid application technology firm).
Mr. Whitehill became an entrepreneur early on, founding his first sales platform in the confectionary segment at the age of twelve. During his collegiate years, Gary also founded a tattoo aftercare company, Ambiance Tattooing, which ultimately sprung his transition to Wall Street.
As the investment analyst for an angel group and hedge fund, Mr. Whitehill proactively identified, provided due diligence on and assessed the feasibility of over 350 business plans/financings with cumulative value in excess of $5BN. Mr. Whitehill has actively patricipated in transactions and opportunies ranging from early to late-stage in both the public and private sectors on both the buy and sell-side, with transaction sizes ranging from $200K to $3BN. Mr. Whitehill has also been involved with several early-stage ventures in media, retail and consumer products, functioning in either consultant or portfolio management capacities. Gary brings diverse cross-industry experience and relationships from the energy, nutraceutical, distribution, commodities, media/entertainment, consumer product, clean tech, real estate and retail sectors.
Joe Daniels joined the New York office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in 2003. From 1996 to 2002, he practiced in California offices of leading law firms.
